Solution:
Since the inlet temperature of the DPF is not high enough to start DEF quantification, the SCR system is unable to quantify. Please refer to Fault Diagnosis and Troubleshooting," Incorrect Intake Temperature of Diesel Oxidation Catalyst ". Check for exhaust leaks and then restart the functional test of the after-treatment system.
